I'll suggest not to, as long as you are applying under SDS. GIC and one-year tuition fees satisfy the criteria for finance, though showing some savings won't hurt. From what I know, Canada doesn't care about where you got the money, as long as you have it, so showing loan sanction is not necessary.

How will they know you paid your fees and GIC from the loan? both give you the receipt that you paid, but not how you paid it. Though if you would have applied under non-SDS, then you had to show the loan sanction as a proof that you can support your education.

thanks for replying, I still got one month left in my second semester, and also, my after-approval correspondence letter mentions that "validity": xxxx/xx/xx (which is expire date of my permit) and "must enter Canada by" xxxx/xx/xx, which is same as validity. Covid's situation is getting bad...

Well if an expert advice is so expensive, I bet they are not expert at all. They took 2000$ to apply for a study permit and still end up uploading incomplete documents. Also, why it took you 2 years of study to apply for a study permit on your own?

I had the same problem. I just told them my study permit application is delayed, and I'm still outside Canada; living at the same address I gave previously. They said no problem and created T2202 and there was another of this kind on my outside Canada address.
