That’s what happened for my own application. I even gave Canada Post a call afterwards and raised a claim - the respond was “we don’t care, there’s no signatures right now. We practice social distancing. As tracking history shows that the file is delivered- it’s delivered. There’s nothing else...

They don’t sign it for Canada Post as Canada Post practices social distancing and simply leaves the packages in the designated room.

BCPNP - inland AR Aug 28 2020 AOR waiting

Hi, I sent it via CanadaPost and got notification that the parcel is received, however it doesn't have a name of recipient there. Going to call them tomorrow and inquire why they ignored the request of the signature.

I didn't need working experience for my application. International Post-Graduate is granted based on Master or PHD degree from specific program and university (there is a list of degrees in International Post-Grad flow). Other requirements included intention to stay in BC, that's it.
