So they’ve started issuing PPRs to July and Aug 21 outland AoRs now. At the other end, they’ve also started issuing PPRs to older files from 2019 and 2020. My worry is that June 21 AoRs like myself will probably end up being the last ever files to be cleared in the backlog. FML.

I did try calling them but it kept getting disconnected. Just raised a webform today. Let's see!
