    Quick update: I received remedical request this morning for myself,my wife and my elder kid but didn't receive one for my autistic son. I called IRCC and the call center agent checked with Imm.officer and confirmed that remedical is not required for my son at this time. waiting journey continues...!

    That's correct. My file was first time touched by IRCC on 25th Sep, marked M5 for my son and referred to CMAU on the same day. But the tricky part is that there is no way to findout the time when CMAU started processing the file.
