Can we travel to Canada via US (for post 18Mar2020 CoPR folks)?
As per the rules on cic website, it looks to be possible. you can give it a shot if you are desperate. wont hurt you expect a small burn in your pocket.- manvina

Will WES evaluate a Master's degree without a thesis?
WES doesnot evaluate Masters based on Thesis. So non-thesis program will still be considered Masters if its from accredited university.- manvina
