Finally I received today by mail my citizenship certificate.

My oath ceremony was on 28th Sept and My ecase showed complete first week of Oct. I called IRCC two weeks ago they told my my certificated mailed on Oct. 2nd. I called them yeaterday they told me still not mailed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Should I write to them better?

I called again today IRCC today and they said still the certificate hasn't been mailed!!!!!!!!!!! and Canada post may take up to 8 weeks to deliver. Very confused. My Ecas shows complete since early Oct.

I still haven't received my certificate. Called again IRCC and they confirmed it was mailed on Oct 2nd.

I Completed my virtual ceremony, they were so friendly. After the ceremony ended, the Clark sent email Instructions for Post Ceremony Administration requesting to send the signed form and picture of PR card after cutting it. Should I just reply to the email and attach both documents? Thanks

I received same email from CIC.ONTNiagFalls five weeks ago and replied yes. Since then I didn't hear back from them too. My application was processed in Hamilton.
