    He asked what ethnicity my husband is(like what race?). I didn't apply through spousal sponsorship either, so I am not sure why he asked that. I hope it was just a random question and it won't slow my process

    @randr, Thanks a lot for your response . How can I get local MP's number? The interviewer asked some odd questions after my test. That's why I am a little worried. Is he the one who is working on my case?

    I applied in August 2019 and my test was on 21st January 2020. Still not DMed and no oath invitation yet. I contacted cic and I was told it's because of COVID. Is this normal? I came to canada in 2010 :( I applied in Montreal.

    I applied in August 2019 and my test was on 21st January 2020. Still not DMed and no oath invitation yet. I contacted cic and I was told it's because of COVID. Is this normal? I came to canada in 2010 :(
