When filling your details about education, there is a question like "More than half of your program is in English", just select "No". A lot of people got confused about this, not sure about yours

With the current trend, there is a high chance that CEC only draws won't comeback.

With the influx of people moving away from US and Australia, the score may even increase in the future. Time to move fast! :D

You should feel lucky for not being considered as misrepresentation by IRCC. Your ECA report already stated that your education is "4 yrs graduate and 1 year post graduate diploma" and still you selected master as your highest education. Now, you should start rewrite IELTS or learn French cuz...
