I agree, it has to be completely random and based on luck because i submitted my application on 27th aug and still it hasnt moved to assessment while it has moved to assessment for people who submitted their application at a later date than mine.

As far as I read from other discussion forum, this has been happening in everyone's case. S your application is fine. You need not do anything. After few days, the red icon will turn to blue. Btw when did you submit ur application?

My application status is still 'submitted', which is really worrying me now. Its been more than a month since the status has been in submitted. Is mailing OINP about this a solution?
