If person cannot travel for non-essential reasons then how does it matter if PR approved before March 18 or later?

Sir travel restrictions are applied from USA as well. Non-essential travel is not permitted from USA as well. And only PR approved on or before March 18, 2020 can travel with essential reasons.

Sir I am from USA but still waiting (Nov AOR). Please do not make perception on the basis of 2-3 records.

Hello @legalfalcon Please help to understand, is it safe to request GCMS from getgcms.com or any other website and why I am asking because we require to share confidential details with these websites. And after authorizing, can they do anything on our application or authority is limited to gcms...

US is also not true for most of the cases. I am PNP Outland, residing in US and having Nov AOR. Still waiting like others.

I am Nov 30 AOR and wanted to confirm, if any one received email from IRCC regarding Intent To Travel? I have not received any. It would be great if someone can share much details. I have gone through @legalfalcon reply above but if someone can share date of email received and details in email etc.
