I sent photos to the vancouver address they sent me

Oct 3rd 2019, eventhough approve March 2020 because of covid was held up until January 2021

I sent my picture Vancouver on the 12th of Jan and it reaches them on the 13th, I link my application and now I am seeing online that my card was mailed today.

Maybe you are using the wrong date when you became PR, don't use the date in the information letter, Use the date on your document status in your application. I was having the same problem

You will get through I promise you, just get prepared, it usually happen very fast

It suppose to be a year but guess what make sure you do everything before 6 months such as change over SIN number and other things. My letter said a year but letter said 8 months. It's pure confusion happening in IRCC now

You can send in single envelop, just make sure you distinguish the different applications. I clip photos to the relevant letters then put in one envelop

You have to just wait, mine was approved last year March and I was in print queue and I just got approve thursday. Although every case is different and maybe yours wont take so long like mine but I have raised like 3 webforms and called IRCC, they do things in their own time

Correction I thought it was COPR but it was a virtual landing letter, I thought so because I saw a COPR number on it and a unique number. When I read the first paragraph of the letter it said congratulations you are now a permanent resident and we are asking you to send your pictures to our...

It was etobicoke that sent me the PPR last year April but yesterday the virtual landing letter was from Vancouver.

They have note requested passport , that was from last year . I will send pictures to the Vancouver office.

Actually the letter said you are now a permanent resident and I must only send pictures to vancouver office.

No problem at all, they issued PPR in April and after 2 months they sent back the passport saying because of covid they are not issuing any Copr. I wrote them a note in webform 2 weeks ago and I ask them what's the problem. Now today I recd this COPR
