I applied in September 2020 by sending email as prescribed in http://www.punjabteched.net/diploma_forms/Documents-for-WES.pdf . They sent the documents after 40 - 45 days.

I have filled the actual academic years, 3 for Diploma and 3 for Degree.

I applied online but paid the fees in the axis bank branch in my hometown and attached scanned copy of the bank voucher.

You have to input individual result as stated in WES. Overall will be computed automatically as 2 or more.

Thanks for the reply. Just to be clear, I should not fill "Two or More Certificates, diploma or degree" in both of the course and only fill individual assessment of those respective courses ?
