Most likely means your decision is close. It does not tell if the decision is positive or not. I got my decision 3 hours after biometrics validity letter. Good luck!

Applied for in-laws online Dec 27, 2018 Previous refusal 2015. Biometric valid from first refusal. Received biometric validity letter today (March 18, 2019) Shortly after received passport request. (March 18, 2019) Alhamdullilah.

Congrats! I have applied for my parents in law on December 27, 2018. Biometrics done in 2015 on refused application are still valid. Says background check in process.

My wife landed Nov 11. I called CIC on Friday for an update. The agent said that they accidentally skipped over your file, and that he has sent a message to urgently process the PR CARD. Quite odd! Hopefully will get it in a few weeks!

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office MPs just want to give you a preset response. When I called my MP, he said you won't hear anything for another 14 months. Then the next week I got re-Med and 3 weeks later PPR. They have no idea. Do not get disheartened by their talk.
