    All of agents I have spoken with can easily see what is going on with your file, what is the last update, the note put by agent. Ask for that.

    I can answer you, I called IRCC and know that they will delay issuing COPR for people with outland dependent until your dependent is here So you won't get COPR until then.

    Does it mean your daughter will need to wait for PR approval to come here? In what circumstance did you ask the agents at the border? Is it reliable? I haven't read anything like that

    I know some people got PPR for their dependents and waiting for COPR, so that may not be true

    You should call them to make sure they can give him a exemption or they will call him. Calling is quickest. Webform is slow and generic

    I called again and know that they are aware of the mistake and will work on that. How old is your child? Child may be exempted from giving biometrics. You should read further about that.
