I got my PR card a couple weeks ago as well, sent my Solemn Declaration back in December 2021, So I guess it's safe to wait. What I would recommend is at least send them a web form explaining your situation and how long has it been and all that. Hope it helps a bit.

Same here, I got my eCOPR on 17th July 2021, have sent solemn declaration twice after that and sent a web form over 30 days ago but no reply, I am thinking of submitting a new file for the PR card now as most of the resources are pointing towards that direction.
