So apparently it’s your university who is claiming that your documents are forged… So I don’t know if WES is lying or not. Check directly with your university if it’s true.

You’re not answering. What’s your university ? How is it possible for them to claim it’s forged ? It’s a serious accusation, especially they said it was confirmed by the university itself.

Are you sure you need a PR card ? I mean the confirmation is technically a legal proof. In Ontario, I got my health card without the PR card, because they’re smart enough to understand that a lot of people are not getting their PR cards on time.
