    Yes, first card! No AOPR for first card. As per CIC agent to whom I spoke on the phone, there is no AOPR for initial PR card application, just renewal.

    It shouldn't be a problem... As long as the correct address is written on the envelope, you're fine. Besides, Canada Post should be familiar with the "IRCC" acronym!

    No update for me, however I just resent my photo today (no request from IRCC) and will see if it will cause any issue with my application. Seems risky but if you don't know what's gonna happen, you won't know!

    I sent my envelope via Canada Post and it was delivered. I'm still worried though... Many people who sent their photo in October already received their card... I had sent mine in September, still no news :(

    Saw in a French forum yesterday. A person received their initial PR card after ~5 weeks. They had got their COPR on September 30. Apparently another person has been waiting for their first card since March 2020... It's been 240 days for them and no news... Got my COPR on September 25, photo...

    I think they are just processing envelopes that are on top of the mail pile... Leaving those who had sent their envelopes months ago without any update... I'm not sure if resending your photo would help, though it could be an option to consider!
