Salary when moving from US to Canada on ICT
I currently work in California and (hopefully) moving to Toronto later. My employer offered a +3% in the US Salary amount as the Canada salary. That in effect would be a 22% reduction when we do the USD to CAD conversion. I'm not complaining, I believe this is still a good offer because salary...- bismi

Traveling on visit visa and later changing/converting to ICT work permit
I'm currently in the US on H1-B and the expiry date is almost approaching and the GC process is not on the PERM stage yet. So, with the current status, I will have to go back by 1st Dec.
