I was wrong- my letter does say a service fee is applicable. Any US applicants can you tell me what you had to pay? I’m not sure if I have to do one way courier on top of the service and package transmission??

We did -March 19th app. Not on the spreadsheet. We got Background check, Decision Made, and PPR in two days. They might be moving again because prior to this we hadn’t heard anything for months.

Yes it was removed last month. I think because they’re so behind they didn’t want people calling to ask why the bar said complete but they weren’t done yet.

YOU KNOW IT!! The stress of not knowing how long they'll keep us waiting is really starting to get to me tbh. I don't think IRCC understands how stressful it is to have your life in limbo for months/now over a year at a time.

Oh I've been waiting several months for PPR and pre-arrival. Just trying to prepare for whenever the IRCC decides to issue it. Not sure what the hold up is since my medical and biometrics have been done and passed since January.

Does anyone know if all passport requests require sending in new pictures? Or is that just for some countries? I'm a US applicant and thought that the pictures with the original application+the biometrics pictures were all that was required?

So strange, it was sent to Ottawa over a month ago. Is that usually how long it takes to get the online tool to update?

On the online tool (not gckey, that has not changed) the PR Application Status Column changed from "IN PROCESS" to "APPLICATION RECEIVED". Medical, biometrics are done and reviewed already, file has been moved to Ottawa as of a month ago. Does anyone know why that status would change?? We are...

Lol no, did my medical and biometrics in December/early January and sponsor received file moved to Ottawa in January after both biometrics were updated in gckey and medical was passed. That is the correct order. Unless you mean pre-arrival comes before PPR?

Based on other forum posts it seems like Ottawa hasn’t issued any PPRs since December. No idea why. Would really like to get the process completed since we are so close to the end.

I think the passport request and then pre-arrival letter. Our file was moved to Ottawa early January and we have not heard anything back yet (medical and biometrics already done).

Try to not lose hope. We are a March 19th application and just received our AOR three weeks ago. If they have given your MP a reason for the delay it means they are at least starting to review your application which means you should see movement soon.
