Hi, We've been invited to apply for CEC. We have a baby born in Canada whilst on a temp work visa and temp resident visa (but baby has no passport), we are British citizens. Do I include them on my application? Thanks!

Hi, My family are about to start applying for PR through express entry. We have one child born abroad (obviously needs to be included on application), but we have a child born in Canada whilst we have a temp work visa. Does anyone know if they need to be included as well?

Thanks for your reply. My younger cousin has dual citizenship, and she is a 2nd generation born outside of Canada. But I don’t know if her application was before 2009 when I think some things changed.
