In this case, obviously you the applicant know it's a mistake. They'll have their margin of error also. So while it might be rare, I don't think it's impossible.

Yes I did upload ECA for masters. Likewise I uploaded (1) MSc transcript and certificate (2) BSc transcript and certificate But the BSc wasn't evaluated like I said before.
