None, yet. Although I received a call the other day from the panel physician’s secretary that I need to undergo a few more test just for completion. Med under review according to GCKey account. BIL none.

Still waiting for my BIL at least. I had additional medical tests done, but the physician ensured me that the results were satisfactory. AOR is Sept 24, FSW-O.

I am on the same boat. AOR was Sep 24, but I received a ghost update a few days after submitting. Still waiting for MEP and BIL. I am FSW-O, btw.

I think it is best to include the pay slips, just to add to the documentation, then write a letter of explanation stating that shifts are paid variably depending on a number of factor (i.e. weekend calls, night shifts, etc). That’s what I did.

I specifically asked my previous clients to include the number of hours I render per week (e.g. 10, 20, 8 hours/week).
