No, after your AOR it's frozen - the only thing that can expire is Medical or your Passport

Send a webfrom asking about it - i did it and well don't know if it was blind luck or actually this worked but i got my bio updated within a week.

Congrats! For you question ... well it varies, I saw people getting Final Decision within a week after everything is passed and sometimes it was a few weeks of waiting time. It only depends on the availability of the Immigration Officer. From many posts on this wonderful forum i see one thing...
