This is sad. However, i think the transcript ought to be sent by your school, via the school's registered email. In my case, i just requested that my transcript be sent via email to IQAS, and i didn't bother sending via courier. They acknowledged receipt within 3 days.

It appears our changes are similar, as mine changed from in line for processing to accessing on the 3rd of October as well. Let me know as yours progress. Thanks

It's just a paragraph stating that you are confirming that your school would send your transcript to their email address...that's all. If you need a sample i used, i could make that available.
