Hi guys: I have been on this forum for quite a while and I loved reading all you guys' posts. I applied on June 16, 2010 and I just checked ecas and it said decision made and that a letter has already been sent on April 6, 2011. Does this mean AIP only or is this PR? Please let me know. Thanks.
