First, I'm sorry to hear! I really have no idea how they are expecting people to understanding and accept the average processing time of 22 months! That's NOT a reasonable time frame! I'm in Canada for 9 years before qualifying for a citizenship then I have to wait 22 months for my application...

That's a generic system-wide statement. They just want to cut down on the email correspondences on that end. Everyone is seeing that.

I'm pretty sure they have not even looked into my application over the past 4 months after test was marked complete! I think the applications are just pilled up in large queue or maybe it depends on the officer and mine got retired back in Jan 2023! Honestly, it's a shame that they don't care...

They clearly indicate that we do NOT respond to enquiries about the status of your application! I had no luck contacting them through email!
