Your file was updated...what you saw is what we call a ghost update.

I contacted them via landing email(Mine being Etobicoke). Remember the landing offices are responsible for the cards.

I got a ghost update the next day my expired medicals got renewed. Ghost update means your file has been updated so keep checking within the next 3 to 5 days something will show.
