I got my PR card while my husband is still waiting

2 days ago my PA got a request to submit a new photo. He's been waiting for the PR card since 14th June(COPR date)

Yes, I do have them on my account. Infact CIC portal shows approved for dependents and submitted for PA. I've been trying to get in touch with an agent but whenever I call IRCC it's the automated response

In the email you need to provide the following details only. 1. Name 2. UCI number 3. Email address 4. Original entry date 5. Date of last time entered Canada 6. Port of Entry They will then create an account for you on the PR portal wherein you will find the Principal applicant and dependents...
