I've received a Police Clearance Certificate from India. But it's dated weird Feb 2015 to Aug 2020 Saying that I live in India on those Dates. But I moved to Canada 2016. The picture on the certificate is very bad quality, can hardly tell it's a person. I don't really have time to get a new one...

I would like to sponsor my wife for permanent residency. We have been married since more than a year but she is not out to her father and that is why they couldn't attend our wedding in Canada. Would that effect our application negatively in any way?
