They must've given your Mother the option to submit the Passport in India too... Didn't they?

Was just reviewing the Samples and it seems like the PPR from the local VO also contains the Pre-Arrival Services Letter. Is that correct understanding?

My letter (CPC-M) said to submit a copy... I think I read some others got letters saying submit original. I will suggest to do whatever your letter says, but make sure you keep a copy (better still a scanned soft copy) in case you have to submit the original.

Hi Folks, For those who got PPR and got it stamped... How long did it take to get the Passport back from the VO after the submission?. @robertp - I tried to look for the stats on PPR to Passport Back in Hand, but couldn't find it. Maybe you can guide me where I can find that info.? Thanks guys.

Thanks for letting me know... What is the current average no. of days between DM for PA and PPR for CPC-M? Is there an easy way to find that from the tracker?

I know someone who were short by $150 for the 1st year... the following 2 years they were more than double the required amount for those years, but their case still got rejected. They follow the rule of income pretty strictly.

I submitted yesterday via E-Mail. What all did you submit as proof as I could not find anything with my Mother's name on it except for the cancelled Indian Passport, which luckily had the complete names of both parents.

Hi JITB, I got the same query to submit Proof of Relationship and sent a copy of my old cancelled Indian Passport which shows the parents name on it as I had nothing else which had the name of both my Parents on it. Heck, even the Birth Certificate only had my Mom's first name and not her...

The earliest you can do is always 2 Weeks from current date.

I did... Hopefully it will not be a concern. However, I haven't heard anything since... :confused:
