I do not see any issues. They asked me, since how long i am staying in this address. They confirmed again to dispatch the certificate right address.

Yes, you are right. They will tell you that you are in Room #, and automatically you will moved, so you do not need to do anything. Just stay, and you are moved by the Administrator

Yes seat # empty in Oath letter. No Seat # was provided. I would assume that they will provide during the Oath. But nothing. However, you will be provided Room #
