CoPR received: April 6th CoPR mailed with photos and used by prepaid envelope : April 7th Linked to online account on April 20th and it showed that my PR card had already mailed. Today April 23rd I find my card in my mail box !!! Surprisingly fast !! Good luck everybody:)))
