Once criminality is passed, can it become invalid thereafter?

Congrats! No you do not go redo your medicals. They have most likely extended your medicals. Once you submit your passports, the visas will be entered and you will be provided with a date until which the visas are valid. You will have to travel to Canada by that date to activate your PR.

Update: Recieved a request for new medicals yesterday. Our medicals will only expire 23 Jan 2021, hopefully this means someone is anxious to give us PR very soon with sufficient time to travel :D.
