I'm from the States, my wife is sponsoring me for Quebec. Visa office is Mississauga - Application received October 2019 - Medical, biometrics, etc all completed in December - CSQ request December 2019 - CSQ received July 2020 - Not sure when when I got Decision Made since I hadn't been...

CPCM here. Just noticed today my ECAS says Decision Made. I haven't checked it in forever though so I don't know when it changed. Any idea how long PPR usually takes after Decision Made?

I think it's much more likely people just don't come back to update their applications in the tracker.

I haven't. Do you mean that ordering the notes helped speed up the process for you? Or are you still waiting?

There was an applicant from Scotland in the October 2019 thread who got CoPR from Mississauga 2 weeks ago

How do we know they’re only just getting back to work?

Yeah, it's when you log into your application, the status column where it normally says "submitted" instead says "updated". And then the next day it returns to "submitted" again. It means they updated your application with some new information, whether or not it's public to you.

There was one guy from the Singapore VO who got his PR about 6 weeks after the CSQ. As far as I know, he's the only one.

Noticed a ghost update today. Application status flipped from Submitted to Updated. Looks like in the past that’s meant PPR was coming shortly but I’m not sure if it’s the same since COVID. Anyone have any experience here?

FWIW I had to get several extensions. The first one they only gave me a month, second one they gave me two months. After that I requested a third extension (first one since covid lockdown), and they responded with a generic “due to covid, we’re not sticking to timelines anymore” type message...

Outland it happens at the beginning. Inland it happens at the end.

Well that's discouraging

Got the CSQ about a month ago. No update since then. I saw a while back an update from someone saying the Singapore VO sent his PPR like 5 weeks after the CSQ came so I'm hoping mine (Mississauga) is processed on a similar timeline.
