    You cant return with the current temporary resident visa you have. You need either a PR card or PRTD to return to Canada.

    Absolutely. You are an official permanent resident as stated in COPR. When one can get SIN, health card, etc with just COPR, nothing else should bother.

    April COPR and May first week photos delivered. No updates whatsoever. They must do something clear 6-month-old apps.

    In your case, the only possibility to know if your pics were delivered is, either Agent should confirm or you should be able to link your PR card application in your profile. Since your photo submission date is 27th May, you may have to wait a little longer. Ours' delivered on May first week...

    Congrats.. it seems they are processing by COPR date rather than photos delivery date. My COPR is 29th April and pics were delivered on May 4th. Still no updates on profile.

    It should be brought to the attention of the IRCC or concerned authorities. A fair processing policy will at least give some hope to applicants waiting for PR cards for months.
