I recieved AIP :) :) :)after the interview the officer was completely convinced that our marriage is real. What happens next with regards to the situation above ?

Yes you can if your are sending an inland app , include the work permit app with it and yes its an extra 150 $ but you wont get a response untill you recieve AIP.
