I don't you will get an LMIA for a managerial position at subway. I think you should be able to continue studies, though, they might take into account your LMIA reject when approving your study permit.

You could try but LMIA is very difficult to obtain for any employer. So much so that most don't even bother applying for one.

No, transcripts are supposed to be given out by the university. Every time you order a transcript for a program, you will get the same document. They are not different for WES or IQAS.

But then there's issues with VISA as we already have master's and won't be showing career progression. :|

This is a really interesting and eye opening thread. What are you guy's thoughts about doing a PGD and then a master's? Would universities even consider a GPA and letters of recommendation from colleges such as Conestoga?

I do not have any idea about this, others can be of better help. Your admission will be immediately terminated, not sure but they might report you to IRCC which could get you banned from Canada for 5 years.

I would advice against cheating. Let's say if you did edit your backlog certificate, then they later asked for individual mark sheets which show backlogs anyway? Then what? One lie leads to another.

Be honest, because if they find out later you will be kicked out and your money will be wasted. Try some other college.

I don't think so. An SOP is just for the VISA officer to know about your background and future plans. There is a seperate section where you are supposed to upload financial documents.
