Hi, guys Does any September applicant get the PR card already?

Last Friday I called the CIC and they said they will write note to immigrants officer. I don't know why it take so long time.

AOR: September 6, 2019 Meds Passed: January 17. 2020 Sponsorship Approval: 21 July 2020 Landing Day: 23 July 2020 Didn't get Letter from CIC so can not apply for the PR card. any one know how long does it take to get Letter from CIC after Landing?
