What I understood is to submit it to VFS and they will send it to NDVO for stamping. Not clear though. I couldn’t find any attacement in the email. August 2019 applicant.

Hi All, I have a question. If our PR application is getting processed in NDVO and while we travel to canada on TRV.Is it possible to get COPR in canada itself or do we have to come back to india for that? Does anyone in this group knows about it?

Guys, i called NDVO today and the operator told Canada VAC’s might open by mid of October in India . A good news if that’s true!!!

Hi Even i received the same status. I think we can ignore it. Itseems not everyone will get a pre arrival letter!
