We did the same, my wife got her visitor visa in dec 2019 and she crossed the border from USA in mar 2020. In Aug 2020 we applied - inland spousal PR.

Hey All, Wondering what is this biometric reminder letter about o_O Our application was delivered on Aug25. Spouse is on a tourist visa and has provided biometrics in nov 2019. She has applied for her TRV extension. Will we get this letter as-well? Should we have paid the biometric fee too?
