Just confirming that BC (ICBC) will NOT accept eCoPR for driver's licenses. I agree they should but what can you do. Accepted ID (icbc.com)

The certificates arrived (to a Canadian address) today (Aug 11) - so a one week delivery time within Canada. All told, the process took about 14.5 months. So glad to be done and be able to help my kids feel like real Canadians. Good luck for a speedy resolution to everyone still waiting!

Congrats! Hope you can get to the mail there. Just over a month between "processing" and "sent" for you. Seems like an improvement over the 3+ months others were seeing but I know enough to not expect consistency from IRCC.

No, it looks like you can't link paper Proof of Citizenship applications to a GC Key account, even after receiving AOR. As noted a couple of posts up there is a message saying they can't be linked. You can look it up in eCAS without linking to GC Key though.
