Yes I can still see it. The date of final decision is one day before I got portal 1 email.

I got the same thing. It should mean your PR is approved on May 30 and you have your COPR details in your tracker. But the weird thing is - you still have yet received your portal email!

Can you see "final decision made" on your GCKey?

just for your reference - I submitted my old medical via webform last Nov and I got medical passed few days later.
