My work permit has been approved. I applied on 6th of September, eligibility and approval today.

Can you guys provide an insight why this is happening, I applied on the 6 of September but I haven’t gotten any updates yet. Is anyone in this situation?

That’s the tricky part, keep on calling their line, it take about 15-30min for it to go through. You can even call up to 100 times before the line goes through, so all you can do is keep on redialing till it goes through. You can send an email but it takes 2 working days for them to reply you.

I have received my counterfoil but my passport is going to be delivered back to me next week. You cannot drop off the passport in person neither can you pick it in person. You have to courier the passport to the VAC and pay for it to be delivered back to you. Also, I advice you should be patient...

You are welcome, I’m pretty sure most of the supporting documents you used will be needed in your new application, you can just include necessary updated documents and necessary new documents and remove some files that are not needed again from the previous documents.

Try using another bank card, maybe your bank does not support transaction with foreign currency.

Yes, I was about to tell you to keep calling and it will eventually go through, you can call up to 25 times for it to go through. When I called, they asked for my name and D.O.B, and they where able to get my Tracking id. Call again maybe someone else will answer you and assist you better.

I did, I don’t think that is the reason why, call your VAC or email them and ask them to provide your tracking id. I too didn’t receive any update from only for me to call and find out that they made a mistake with my email address.
