Well I already applied with “yes” andhave even received my AOR. Do you think I should use Wen Form and submit a letter of explanation? I did not get points for LMIA anyway so it should cause any problems?? thank you!!

Did you answer yes or no? I was not sure if it was for LMIA or not, so I answered yes since I am currently working here? Is that misrepresentation?
