I received ITA in April and I’m about submit my application on Monday hopefully as it’s expiring on July 16th. Yeah I got the PCC done it took about like 2 weeks in Mumbai.

I’m in same position. What are you doing for settlement funds? Under CEC you are not required to show proof of funds.

I don’t think so it’s possible to apply for pcc in your absence. You need to be physically present in Passport seva kendra to apply for one.
