    Thank you >>>>>>>>> Legalfalcon <<<<<<<<<<<

Hi @legalfalcon, I'm expecting my remedical request soon, but I might not have my passport physically when I go for remeds as I am planning to apply for another visa which could take a month. I contacted an IRCC-accredited clinic, and they told me that if I go for a medical exam without my...

It's mainly dependent on the VO tbh. We can see local VOs issuing PPRs to late 2020 or even early 2021 AORs because there aren't many applications in their inventory. Ottawa is still stuck in 2019/early 2020 AORs because the bulk of the applications is in their office. CIO is another thing...

That's pretty tight. I did my previous meds at IOM. I kind of want to do my remeds there again since they're cheaper compared to SLEC, and they don't require RT-PCR tests. I'm not sure regarding their available schedule though. Btw, 2 persons from our whatsapp group also got remedical requests...

Thanks for this! It's my first time to hear MVO calling applicants via mobile. Hope you get your approval soon after remeds!

Question, did you get an email for the remedical request? Or did you see it upon login at the portal?

Wow, I’m from MVO too. I can’t believe they’re finally awake after sleeping for so long.

It's not a scam. It's a generic/standard IRCC reply when your file is awaiting any decision from an officer. I got the same response twice when I emailed my local visa office regarding the status of my application.

Ah, thanks for the response. Do you need to exit Canada to do your landing or flagpole or something?

So what happens to your RFV mail since you're inland now? Do you get to do a virtual landing instead? eCoPR instead of the actual CoPR and stuff?

Hi, what did you end up doing? I just noticed a minor error in one of my travels. I mistakenly entered the wrong year. Thanks!

You can request gcms notes 3-4 months after R10 or when your meds have been passed.

Yeah, that’s my hunch too. But then again, once you’ve passed eligibility, the chances for refusal are really low unless there are serious concerns regarding security. What’s concerning however is that a lot of applicants from last year are still stuck on eligibility not started. That’s pretty...

You may read this thread: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/november-2019-aor-join-here.661770/post-9285469 This was a refusal after 15 months. No ADR and PFL were received. OP didn't say what was the reason for the refusal. But they mentioned that their...

To be honest, I don't think they will be. I read a case here where someone got a refusal after waiting 2 years.

Don't really know. That's a generic response by visa offices.

No, I think in most cases, it expires either the day it was done/the day it was sent to IRCC. It doesn't expire when it was passed. My gcms notes say my medicals are valid until Dec 9, 2021, and again, this is a few days after I did my exam. I assume this was the day the report was sent to IRCC...

I thought the date starts from when the clinic sends the medical report to IRCC? There's a medical validity date indicated in the GCMS notes, and it's a few days after the medical exam.
