    That's so not true. You can transfer the money back to your account and send a bank letter in the right format stating your bank balance. Except you're asked for extra proof, that will suffice. You've proved yourself before, they just want an update.

    I got same response as yours, I don't really know what they mean by eligibility review complete. I was expecting it stated as valid or passed. However, even though as I heard, webforms are not really accurate representations of your application status, your file may just require a final pass...
