I received my invitation a week before the ceremony. I think this is the usual timeframe for the invites.

I am Canadian PR and have a US B1/B2 visa, been travelling there and back a couple of times, with no issues.

Yeah, and I am also Sept 2020 applicant, my oath is scheduled for mid-October. I don't see any rule here, honestly. And I am very glad to be scheduled that early, of course ;) but feel the pain of those who are scheduled in the next 4-6 months.
