I submitted visitor visa application on April 05, 2024 for my sister using GC Key account. When i am trying to create an account on IRCC application tracker, then it is not allowing to do so. Anyone faced such trouble?

I understand that. I used her employment certificate(which includes approved leave from job), pay stubs & bank statements.

The visa application for my sister is rejected. Now i am doing some research for which documents i can show next time when i submit application for her.

In the employment letter, the approved leave dates were montioned. This time i would try to show stay short (3 weeks) i guess. And as i select the family visit reason, our birthday falls in July. So, can i show that as a reason to visit and in addition, some famous places to visit in the Canada?
