We are directly applying for a pr since i have a job offer already. It is clearly mentioned in the lmia letter that this positive lmia is valid only till July 28th. Only after the lottery can we go ahead.. is there any way or place where we can talk abt this extension?- vivindish

Our LMIA is expiring end of July. Apparently even though there was no lottery for FSW since march, they cannot extend our LMIA further than July since it will be 9 months. can someone provide any help to this problem? It's not our fault that due to COVID there was no lottery, but the Canadian...- vivindish
